How long are the subscriptions?

Subscriptions are renewed on a monthly basis, with a 14-day free trial for the first month. If you're not happy with what you see during this period, we'll refund your entire subscription. No questions asked.

Can i switch plans later?

Yes, start with what you need today, and you'll be able to upgrade or downgrade later.

What support options do i have?

We offer email and/or phone support for all paid plans, with specific response times on high-tier plans. We also offer an onboarding process for high-tier plans.

Is there a setup fee?


What types of payment methods are accepted?

All major credit and debit cards. We're delegating all the payment processing to the Stripe platform.

Can i cancel my account at any time?

You can stop your subscription at any time. Your projects will be frozen (no new packages can be built, but existing packages can still be accessed) for 6 months until they are permanently deleted, or unless you renew your subscription.

What is the dedicated onboarding process?

Even with a simplified packaging process, large, complex, and possibly legacy applications can pose some challenges to package. With the onboarding process, one of our experienced staff will be dedicated to helping you find the solutions for making your packages more awesome. This comes in addition to regular technical support, and will be done over email, Skype, or phone calls.
